Products

One product,
three squires.

Building ventures, we solve the same problems again and again. When a solution works in a real case, we turn it into a product. They now live together in Escudero: one platform with an assistant for each job, each named after a classic squire of literature.

escudero

Your AI assistants: Lázaro receives, Sancho signs, Horacio attests.

One platform and one login for your whole team. Switch on the squires you need, set up their connections once, and each takes care of its part, with a person deciding what matters.

  • One loginUsers, permissions and billing in one place, for all three.
  • Switch on what you needStart with one and add the others when you need them.
  • Pay per useEach squire bills for what it does: operations, signatures or reviews.
lazaroAvailable

Your team hands over. Lázaro takes it from here.

An AI assistant that receives the work coming into your company —emails, messages, instructions from the team—, understands it, looks up what it needs in your systems and leaves it ready for a person to approve.

  1. 01ReceivesBy email, messaging, chat, forms or direct instructions.
  2. 02UnderstandsExplicit requests and also “same as yesterday”.
  3. 03Looks upCustomers, history, rates and your house rules.
  4. 04ProposesLeaves the work in review, explained. Your team decides.
Real case

At a transport company it reads the orders that arrive by email and prepares them in their system. At Reclama Travel it matches each message to its claim file and fills in the airlines' forms.

sanchoAvailable

Your certificate, under lock and key. Sancho signs.

Signs your PDFs with your electronic certificate, from your applications via API or from a dashboard. The private key lives in an HSM in the European Union and never leaves it.

  1. 01CustodyThe key sits in a FIPS 140-2 level 3 HSM. It can't be exported.
  2. 02SignsPAdES with a timestamp, inside the PDF itself.
  3. 03IntegratesOne HTTP call. No SDK, no signing libraries.
  4. 04LogsHash, certificate, who and when. Documents are not stored.
Real case

Born at Reclama Travel, where lawyers signed every claim by hand with a certificate file. Now the application signs them, with the key safely locked away.

horacioIn pilot

Every case file, complete. Horacio attests.

Checks that every case file has all the documents from each party and that they are what they claim to be: legible, valid and consistent with the case. If something is missing, it tells whoever needs to know. And it keeps nothing.

  1. 01ReceivesThe case file arrives by API or from your document store.
  2. 02ComparesAgainst the documents and rules each kind of case file requires.
  3. 03ReviewsThat each document is there, legible, valid and consistent.
  4. 04AnswersOK or not OK with the reasons, to your system and to whoever needs it.
Real case

In pilot with a passenger claims platform: it checks each passenger's ID and boarding pass, and the guardian's authorisation when a minor travels.
